1. Trish Stratus — the emotional choice
Trish has competed for CJ championships, including challenging Tiffany Stratton at the Royal Rumble. Her shared wrestling history with Lita gives the idea immediate emotional weight. The drawback is familiarity. A farewell can honour the past without having to recreate it.
2. Asuka — the competitive choice
Asuka comes off a defeat to Paige on the final RAW. Answering Lita would give her an immediate opportunity to change the conversation. But a loss is not an entitlement to the spotlight. She would need to make the challenge feel like her decision, rather than a convenient escape from a bad result.
3. Stephanie Vaquer — the forward-looking choice
Stephanie challenged for the Women’s World Championship at Elimination Chamber. A meeting with Lita would give her a different sort of big-stage test. The concern is the farewell itself: a match built entirely around Stephanie’s future might leave too little room for the woman saying goodbye.
