Kevin Owens previously challenged MJF in the build to the Royal Rumble. A renewed pursuit of the Intercontinental Championship would therefore be a plausible direction after WrestleMania.
Owens is the name to watch. His earlier pursuit of MJF gives this idea a foundation, and a champion who loves attention may not enjoy that particular visitor. A renewed challenge after WrestleMania would make plenty of sense.
