The Rock takes over the broadcast, threatens Cena and declares SmackDown canceled. 7:20.

The Rock seized control of SmackDown Episode 16 in Des Moines, delivering a hostile Final Boss address before declaring the show canceled. The broadcast cut without a single match taking place.

Standing in front of an ambulance, Rock aimed his most personal threat at John Cena. The vehicle was his warning about how the inaugural Undisputed Champion might leave WrestleMania. He attacked Cena’s reign and legacy, then mocked LA Knight’s catchphrases, Megastar identity and claim to the biggest stage.

Rock also challenged Skeletor and WWE CJ management, insisting that nobody held authority over him. His claim to be “the president” was not about a country. He presented himself as the ruler of an entire world.

Even WrestleMania’s second night became a target. Rock argued that his Night 1 main event should define the whole event, rejecting the idea that another main event could follow him.

The planned show at Wells Fargo Arena never got underway. Attendance was 16,000, but there were no matches and no further segments after Rock’s address. The final SmackDown before Atlanta ended on his terms.

Cena, Rock and Knight meet for the Undisputed Championship on Tuesday, November 17. The main show begins at 8 PM ET, following the 7 PM kickoff.
